Elementary Schools Near Kelowna Mission Real Estate.
Kelowna’s School District (SD23) requires that students attend a school in their corresponding catchment area. These designated catchment areas ensure that students attend a school in their neighbourhood. Catchments are determined to keep student numbers equally distributed based on the size and needs of the institute in the given neighbourhood. This makes it so that schools are balanced in all areas.
For this article, our focus is going to be on the elementary schools in the Kelowna Mission area. Generally, the Mission includes areas like South Pandosy, Lower Mission, Upper Mission, and Kettle Valley. Each of these neighborhoods has specific elementary schools designated for children who reside nearby. Some schools can overlap catchments at times, particularly when we get into specialty programs like French Immersion.
See the table below for reference.
